About The Position

The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for executing the SWE Homes brand in the physical world. This role ensures that all in-person customer touchpoints, property presentations, events, and physical marketing assets are deployed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with business priorities. This position serves as the primary operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, Listings, Construction, and Inspections, ensuring that properties are market-ready, marketing materials are deployed effectively, and the brand is consistently represented across all physical environments.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or operational roles
  • Experience managing vendors, print production, or physical marketing assets
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate, retail, or customer-facing industries preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end production of all physical marketing materials, including flyers, signage, branded materials, and promotional assets
  • Manage relationships with print vendors, signage providers, and merchandise suppliers
  • Source quotes, negotiate pricing, and optimize cost-efficiency across all physical production needs
  • Ensure all assets are printed according to specifications and delivered on time to offices, properties, or event locations
  • Maintain inventory levels of printed materials and proactively manage reorders
  • Own the strategy and execution of all physical brand assets, including swag, office branding, and customer-facing materials
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across offices, properties, and events
  • Manage the development and distribution of sales materials such as flyers, yard signs, and promotional kits
  • Partner with Creative to ensure all physical assets align with brand standards and messaging
  • Oversee “Marketing Inspections” of properties to ensure they meet brand and presentation standards before going live
  • Evaluate curb appeal, cleanliness, signage placement, and overall presentation
  • Identify issues that may impact conversion and coordinate with field teams to resolve them
  • Ensure alignment between property readiness and marketing activation timelines
  • Oversee the on-site execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring proper placement and visibility of materials
  • Coordinate deployment of signage, flags, and promotional assets based on inventory priorities
  • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately across all physical locations
  • Partner with Growth and Listings to align campaign timing with property availability
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of events, community activations, and brand presence initiatives
  • Manage logistics including setup, breakdown, transportation, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure all event assets (tents, banners, signage, technology) are properly deployed and aligned with brand standards
  • Partner with Analytics to ensure lead capture tools are functional and integrated with CRM systems
  • Manage physical media placements such as billboards, local print ads, and community sponsorships
  • Oversee Digital Box Truck operations, including route planning and coordination with campaign messaging
  • Ensure alignment between physical media placements and active marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Construction and Inspections to track property readiness timelines
  • Align with Sales leadership to prioritize deployment based on inventory needs
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Systems & Operations Integrator to ensure execution visibility and workflow alignment
