About The Position

Exeevo is an AI-driven CRM Solutions provider, covering Omnichannel capabilities, for end-to-end Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations - medical & commercial (firewalled), field and remote meetings, approved email and marketing journeys, consent management, content management, events management and more. Requirements

  • MBA freshers / 0-1 year experience

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbound lead channels and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, including preparation support
  • Conduct supervised outbound email sales prospecting campaigns
  • Assist in the creation and customization of sales presentations and customer proposals
  • Support sales teams during meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Manage customer administration tasks and data quality
  • Support coordination and preparation of RFI/RFP responses
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and tracking of sales activities
  • Conduct desk research to identify potential customers, key contacts, and buying signals
  • Use online tools and databases for outbound sales prospecting
  • Support pipeline development through targeted research insights
  • Support and supervise email campaigns for new customer outreach
  • Assist with conference and event logistics, including registrations, coordination, and LinkedIn posts from the company account - and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with sales objectives
