About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support new growth initiatives under the guidance of a senior marketing and business development professional. This role provides hands‑on experience in growth strategy, government market development, and liquid packaging opportunities while contributing directly to our commercial expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and in good academic standing, pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication and proficiency with standard business software.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, to support analysis and reporting.
  • Able to manage tasks independently, maintain professionalism, and follow through on commitments.
  • Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and supporting decision‑making.
  • Willingness to engage with cross‑functional teams and contribute to shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating past performance and identifying future sales opportunities across targeted segments.
  • Support research on ORBIS growth initiatives and broader market development efforts.
  • Work alongside senior leadership to develop and execute strategic growth projects.
  • Learn and apply business‑to‑business sales and marketing frameworks, including segmentation, targeting, and value‑proposition development.
  • Assist in building segmentation models to prioritize accounts, industries, and product opportunities.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and tools that support the commercial team.
  • Work with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to support aligned growth efforts.
