Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a BCA Sales Director (Level 6) to support the Latin America and Caribbean Region. This position is located in Renton, Washington. The position reports to the region’s Sales Vice President, who is accountable for BCA revenue generation for the region. The role involves developing and managing Sales strategic plans for supported accounts, coordinating regional sales strategy development, and serving as a key resource in sales competitions. The Sales Director will leverage knowledge of Boeing products, services, processes, and operations to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantage, and foster business growth. This includes creating, maintaining, and advancing customer relationships to become a trusted business partner, developing in-depth knowledge of customer businesses, and collaborating with customers and internal Boeing resources. The role is responsible for driving and influencing the aerospace industry for their region and for BCA revenue generation, meeting or exceeding the yearly order plan.
