About The Position

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our commercial teams across all divisions—softgoods, footwear, and hardgoods. You will manage sample operations, coordinate internal and external marketing needs, collaborate with our sales team, and help ensure smooth execution across the wholesale channel. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role at the heart of our commercial engine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in product sales or marketing (apparel or wholesale experience is an asset).
  • Fully bilingual (French & English), with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
  • Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed, valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming/outgoing samples and maintain showroom readiness.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end sample orders, from order entry to shipment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and pricing data and support order entry as needed.
  • Coordinate development and distribution of sales collateral.
  • Maintain line sheets: adds/drops, availability, product imagery, and substitution recommendations.
  • Support tradeshows, sales meetings, and field initiatives.
  • Assist with copywriting, seasonal workbooks, imagery needs, and content tools.
  • Support photo shoots and PR sample needs.
  • Prepare materials and attend events as required.
  • Process marketing orders and returns in M3 and follow up with customers when needed.
  • Act as main contact with WIPTEC (3PL) regarding stock arrival, delivery volume, and platform updates (LEAD).
  • Serve as point of contact for apparel and WSE ambassadors.
  • Stay informed on market trends and product innovations across Groupe Rossignol.
