Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within: Construction, Utilities, Telecommunications / fiber infrastructure
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Ability to generate leads and manage client accounts

Nice To Haves

  • Established network within construction, telecom, or utility industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business within: Fiber and telecommunications, Directional drilling, Micro trenching, Water and sewer infrastructure
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with contractors, utilities, municipalities, and industry partners
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
  • Support marketing efforts through social media, project highlights, and company updates
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Track sales activity and maintain pipeline reporting
  • Work closely with operations and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
