About The Position

McDonald Mazda North, serving the Longmont area, is seeking a Sales Manager. Responsibilities include providing training and support for the sales staff, assisting in closing deals, managing the productivity of the sales department, and facilitating regular sales training for continued team growth. The Sales Manager will also work with salespeople on programs to increase sales and help close deals when necessary.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required
1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience

Nice To Haves

5 years of supervisory experience is preferred
