About The Position

Holman Honda Centennial has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Consultant will greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired. They will explain features/benefits and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on the road. The role involves researching vehicle availability using a computer database and working with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price and lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates. The Sales Consultant will also visually inspect inventory on the lot, deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle, and assist the Sales Manager with customer problems. A key aspect of this role is the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

Requirements

Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities
