About The Position

Holman Honda Centennial has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Consultant will greet customers on the sales floor, perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired, and explain features/benefits and demonstrate vehicle operation. They will research vehicle availability using a computer database, work with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price and lease payments (including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates), and visually inspect inventory. The role also involves delivering and familiarizing the customer with the vehicle, assisting Sales Managers with customer problems, and demonstrating the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

Requirements

Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities
