About The Position

Holman Honda Centennial has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Manager will greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired. They will explain features/benefits and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on the road. This role will research availability of models using a computer database and work with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates. The Sales Manager will walk the lot and visually inspect inventory, deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle, and assist Sales Managers with customer problems. The ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale is crucial for this position.

Requirements

Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities
