About The Position
An Exceptional Opportunity is available to come work for one of Vancouver Islands highest performing Automotive Dealership Groups and join our dynamic leadership team as a Sales Manager at Suburban Motors Ford Lincoln. This position, in conjunction with the sales management team, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales department; increasing and growing dealership revenue; leading, training and coaching sales staff; and ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years in automotive management or relevant experience
- Must have valid, contravention free, class 5 drivers license
- Will be required to obtain a VSA license upon commencement of employment
- Proven track record of sales results
