About The Position

The Sales Manager serves as the primary liaison for Fun Spot America Theme Parks (FSA) with schools, student tours and travel groups, summer camps, and scouts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with these accounts to meet monthly revenue goals, with a special emphasis on managing and promoting birthday parties and in-park celebrations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Creative, self-starter, with strong detail orientation.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • A client list and professional contacts/networks in Central Florida are helpful.
  • Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
  • Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategies and tactics to provide guests with the ultimate family fun and entertainment experience.
  • Work with the marketing and sales team to develop content for sales collateral, including direct mail pieces, brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media, and emails.
  • Establish and manage the system for sales lead generation, including direct mail, trade/consumer shows, traditional sales efforts, newsletters, and social media.
  • Promote new offers, events, food & beverage offerings, and guest experiences in collaboration with other departments.
  • Generate new business and support existing business in all sales channels, with a focus on birthday parties and in-park celebrations.
  • Represent FSA at various trade/travel shows and professional groups.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of special events.
  • Perform other duties as specified by the Senior Vice President of Sales.
