About The Position

Farris Ford is searching for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to help lead one of the fastest-growing Ford dealerships in East Tennessee. This is more than a desk manager position. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching people, building a winning culture, developing future leaders, and helping customers have an outstanding buying experience. If you're tired of corporate dealer groups, constant management turnover, and being treated like another number, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.
