As a Sales Manager at BNP, you will lead a passionate and driven Sales team to exceed ambitious targets and fuel the growth of our mission-driven organization. This role calls for a dynamic leader who thrives on building strategies, inspiring teams, and translating goals into real-world results. You will oversee forecasting, reporting, team development, and sales operations while ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage. Collaborating closely with leadership, marketing, and client experience teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our sales success. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, creativity, and a relentless drive to innovate, empowering the team to reach new heights while staying true to Bienenstock’s values and vision.
