Requirements

Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals.
Must have industry experience
Must reside in the Northern VA area

Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
