About The Position

Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. This position is located inside of the Bass Pro in Grand Prairie, TX. The role involves leading a high-performing team of 3-4 Sales Representatives in a lively environment, engaging with customers to sell vacation packages. Sales representatives have uncapped commission, and the manager also benefits from their sales performance. The average sale is finalized in under 10 minutes. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic and vibrant work atmosphere and thrives with collaboration.

Requirements

• A passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement.
• A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service, particularly in a commission-based role.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital.
• Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit, with proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
