About The Position

Lindsay Automotive is looking for a motivated, experienced Domestic New Car Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle sales team. If you're a proven automotive sales leader with a passion for developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and exceeding sales goals, we'd like to meet you.

Requirements

  • Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Sales Leader.
  • Experience with domestic automotive brands preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Background check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the new car sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Manage daily sales operations, inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability while implementing strategies for continued growth.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with the Finance and Service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
