About The Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Muirfield, an 84 apartment assisted living and memory care community, you will be a Guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will also work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates through a 3-week on-boarding & orientation program, opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement, and a network of almost 675 communities in 41 states. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
