This is not a desk-only leadership role — the Sales Manager will actively join sales calls, client meetings, and field appointments to coach sales representatives in real time and model high-impact sales execution. The ideal candidate understands the MSP sales cycle, excels at building recurring-revenue pipelines, and is a Salesforce power user who enforces CRM discipline and data accuracy. A technical background or prior experience in solution-based IT or telecom sales is a significant plus, especially for candidates familiar with connectivity, voice, and unified communications solutions.
