About The Position

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our Porsche Sugar Land team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years new and pre-owned vehicle sales management experience
  • Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Porsche or luxury automotive dealership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with salespeople daily to assist with their working prospects as well as prospecting for future business
  • Manage the new vehicle sales desk in an efficient and productive manner focusing on the customer’s needs and time considerations
  • Utilize CRM to record all opportunities and ensure proper follow up is completed
  • Manage and maintain an adequate inventory of new vehicles
  • Utilize market-based pricing tools
  • Assist in weekly training of salespeople regarding sales processes, inventory, and ongoing customer satisfaction efforts
  • Prepare documents and paperwork for the business office accurately
  • Report sales progress daily to GM
