About The Position

The USCA Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales execution, customer growth, and portfolio penetration for SEM across the USCA region. This role has a strong commercial and sales execution focus, while also coordinating and managing key cross‑functional and commercial projects that support growth initiatives. The Sales Manager works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Channel partners to ensure disciplined execution, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or coatings/automotive markets.
  • Strong experience in sales execution, customer management, and commercial programs.
  • Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple functions.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, SAP, and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, mix improvement, and portfolio penetration across assigned channels and customers.
  • Execute annual sales plans aligned with SEM growth objectives.
  • Manage customer performance through regular review of sales trends, gaps, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Support key customer negotiations, programs, and commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent execution of pricing, promotions, rebates, and commercial programs.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, jobbers, and agencies.
  • Ensure customers are effectively supported with the right products, tools, training, and value propositions.
  • Promote consultative selling focused on productivity, efficiency, and total value for the customer.
  • Drive adoption of SEM products and solutions across customers and channels.
  • Support product launches, transitions, and portfolio initiatives in coordination with Marketing and Technical teams.
  • Ensure clear communication of product value propositions and correct usage in the field.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial and sales‑related projects (e.g., product launches, portfolio transitions, customer programs).
  • Act as a key point of contact between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams.
  • Track milestones, actions, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs related to sales, customer performance, portfolio mix, and execution.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure disciplined follow‑up on actions and commitments.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and the broader sales team to support execution and growth initiatives.
  • Share best practices, customer insights, and market feedback.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results‑oriented sales culture.
