Initially developed as an FP&A platform to automate manual spreadsheet tasks, [the company] is now at a critical growth stage. With a robust product, a motivated team, and an expanding pipeline, we are seeking a Sales Manager to immediately assume responsibility and contribute to the company's future success. This role involves overseeing the performance of Account Executives, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions, providing tactical coaching on live deals, assisting in closing strategic deals when necessary, onboarding new Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives transitioning into AE roles, ensuring CRM data accuracy and pipeline integrity, managing forecast calls for revenue visibility, monitoring key metrics like conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy, and participating in the hiring process for Account Executives.
