Requirements

2+ years of successful automotive sales management experience
Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience desking deals and improving dealership sales performance
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license and an excellent professional reputation

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of automotive sales consultants
Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales volume and profitability goals
Desk deals, structure transactions, TO customers, and assist with closing opportunities
Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews
Monitor daily sales performance, gross profit, payroll, and productivity metrics
Drive customer satisfaction and improve manufacturer Customer Experience (Top Box/PDS) scores
Collaborate with Finance, Used Vehicle, Inventory, and Service departments to maximize dealership performance
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Support inventory management, prospecting initiatives, and dealership marketing efforts
