Join Our Team at Jerry Seiner Las Vegas as a Full-Time Mazda Sales Consultant - Where Your Passion for Cars Meets Opportunity! Are you looking to start or grow your career in automotive sales? Jerry Seiner Las Vegas is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our award-winning sales team. This onsite role puts you in the center of a fast-paced, customer-focused showroom representing the innovative Mazda brand. Earn $48,000-$120,000+ annually , with unlimited earning potential based on your performance. New Sales Mentor/Mentee Program New to automotive sales? We've got you covered! Our Sales Mentor/Mentee Program is designed to help new sales consultants build confidence, learn proven sales techniques, and succeed from day one. You'll work alongside an experienced sales mentor who will coach you through every step of the sales process. To help you get started, new participants in the Mentor/Mentee Program receive a guaranteed $3,500 per month for their first three months while they learn the business and develop their sales skills.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable learning and using technology and CRM systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to your background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record, are required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required -we'll train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
- Learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process.
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools.
