Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
  • Previous direct store delivery sales and management experience.
  • A valid Class D driver’s license is mandatory.
  • A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check is required per our Vehicle Safety Policy.
  • Strong oral communication skills are critical, enabling you to negotiate effectively, address customer and employee concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Organizational skills are vital for managing your time and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in advanced trade math functions and basic computer skills will aid in your day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making will be crucial in navigating challenges, all of which contribute to fostering a thriving sales environment in the food and beverage industry.
