Requirements

High school education or equivalent is essential.
Valid Driver's License.
Valid health card.
Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check.
Ability to effectively communicate.
Ability to solve problems.
Ability to foster a customer-centric mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse operations.
Experience in tractor/trailer management.
Experience in beverage vending.
Class A CDL is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise, guide, and support the team of Route, Relief, Overnight Express, and Bulk Drivers, alongside dedicated Warehouse Staff across both shifts.
Provide direction and counseling to drive exceptional performance.
Oversee the facility and grounds, ensuring an efficient and safe workplace.
Manage operating expenses.
Maintain consistent procedures that guarantee high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
