Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in residential home services sales leadership (HVAC strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and driving measurable performance improvements
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and elevate talent in both technical and consultative sales environments
  • High-energy, results-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and leadership presence
  • Proficiency with business systems and tools (CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Willingness to engage in field activity and operate in a hands-on leadership capacity when needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the daily operations of a high-volume residential HVAC sales and service department ensuring performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and drive KPIs, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of comfort advisors and technicians, building both technical excellence and sales capability
  • Implement and elevate sales strategies, driving revenue growth while maintaining Bassett Services’ customer-first approach
  • Champion the customer experience, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Standardize processes and documentation, ensuring operational consistency and scalability across the Plainfield operation
  • Build a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement
