Requirements

Previous automotive Sales Manager or Sales Desk Manager experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proven success driving sales and profitability
Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

Desk and structure automotive sales deals
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals
Work closely with Finance, Sales Consultants, and dealership leadership
Monitor inventory and help maximize gross profit opportunities
Ensure a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process
Assist with recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent
Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to improve dealership performance
Foster a positive, high-energy, results-driven culture
