About The Position
BMW of Greensboro, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and career-driven Sales Manager to join their team. Hudson Automotive is a large and rapidly growing automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S. dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a history of success.
Requirements
- Must have BMW Sales Manager Experience.
- High-volume, dealership, Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required).
- Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team.
- Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Closing skills and a great attitude are a must.

- Train, motivate, and retain a successful sales team.
- Deliver on sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
