Join Great Wolf Lodge as a Vacation Sales Manager and lead a high-performance sales team. This role is responsible for producing and managing the Vacation Sales Ambassador Team, providing leadership through effective vision communication, active coaching and development, comparing area sales results to goals, and ensuring performance management when necessary. You will collaborate on guest experience, provide information and incentives for guests, and proactively pursue eligible guests on-site to preview HGV through direct purchase of a mini vacation package. The goal is to lead area-based sales teams towards achieving package sales objectives, ensuring effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of sales representatives, and meeting all budget package targets.
