About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Consistently ranked among the top Renaissance properties in the country based on guest feedback, the property offers a tremendous opportunity for a hospitality sales professional to excel and build a strong portfolio of new and returning businesses. Your Role: As the Sales Manager, you will lead the pursuit and management of group and catering opportunities with a strategic, results-driven approach. You'll play a key role in maximizing revenue by promoting premium services and tailored enhancements for each client engagement. This position is essential to achieving both individual and team sales targets, while ensuring a smooth transition of business to the operations team for flawless service execution.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively Seek & Manage: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive group bookings, events, and corporate partnerships.
  • Maximize Revenue: Actively identify and suggest enhancements to maximize revenue for the resort. Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
  • Service Excellence: Consistently strive to maintain service excellence and support Renaissance Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and exceeding each client’s expectations.
