About The Position

Dynamic Access is responsible for selling vascular access services to assigned regions.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Obtain Access to decision-makers within the proposed market
  • Solid presentation skills – face-to-face, webinar, and phone conversation
  • Base knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn company CRM tools
  • Possess a client-focused orientation that balances the needs of the client with the needs of the company
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and strong team focus that keeps the client's needs at the forefront
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for successfully supporting the sale of Dynamic Access solutions to new clients in the healthcare market and collaborating with the Area Director of Sales
  • Responsible and accountable for assigned goals while maintaining a robust, qualified new business pipeline
  • Cold call, email, and visit potential customers to establish connections and set up meetings
  • Required to learn subject matter expertise and knowledge of Dynamic Access products and services designed to engage consumers
  • Participate in, and or at times, own the sales process and client engagement while coordinating with the Area Director to close an opportunity
  • Display selling skills, including discovery, presentation, and sales cycle maintenance
  • Cultivate and deepen C-suite and/or complex client relationships
  • Communicate and present effectively at multiple audiences and levels (listening, written, and verbal communication)
  • Establish, build, and maintain positive, professional relationships and interactions at all decision levels
  • Communicate issues, concerns, and problems in a solution-oriented manner
  • Provide intelligence to the organization on competitive activity
  • Demonstrate problem–solving capacity and the ability to be timely and responsive
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales opportunity information using our CRM tool
  • Ability to work independently as a strong team player with minimal supervision in a high-paced, high-intensity environment
  • Other duties as assigned
