Only individuals with 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience will be considered. Proven track record of dealership growth is mandatory. Automotive Sales Manager job requirements : Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs Ability to dig for deals, work the CRM, and pickup the phone to close deals! Maintain high customer satisfaction Assist sales team with processing or completing sales by desking deals, appraising trades and closing T.O.'s Ability to greet all customers early in the process, have effective one-on-ones with the sales staff, along with coachings in the moment. Train and supervise sales team Work with management staff to create campaigns that result in supplemental sales Ability to find and make more deals. Reinforce company policies and lead by example Attend Manager meetings Proven ability to improve yourself on a daily basis.
