What You'll Do Build, execute, and own a strategic sales plan that grows revenue and expands market share Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of sales professionals Drive accountability, coaching, and consistent high performance Cultivate long-standing client partnerships through a consultative approach Spot market trends, competitor shifts, and emerging opportunities Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that support sales initiatives Analyze sales data, forecasts, and pipeline trends to guide decision-making Represent James Imaging at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities What You Bring Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in office technology or a related B2B industry Track record of driving the full sales cycle-from planning to close Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience coaching, developing, and motivating successful sales teams High business acumen and understanding of technology solutions CRM proficiency + strong MS Office Suite skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Why James Imaging? Requirements

  • Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in office technology or a related B2B industry
  • Track record of driving the full sales cycle-from planning to close
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating successful sales teams
  • High business acumen and understanding of technology solutions
  • CRM proficiency + strong MS Office Suite skills
