About The Position

Right at Home SLC is seeking a Sales Manager to promote sales and create a positive company identity. This role involves building personal connections in the community, achieving sales goals, and increasing market share for home care services. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in relationship-based sales, community engagement, organization, and data-driven sales strategies, and will play an integral role in improving the lives of people in the community.

Requirements

  • Exceptional skills in relationship-based sales, community engagement, organization, and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Successful sales track record in increasing market share.
  • Prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Available for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate/ bachelor's in health administration, Social Work, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits.
  • Increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share.
  • Pre-planning weekly sales activities, creating opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintaining all sales activity in a Customer Relationship Manager database.
  • Representing Right at Home at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for families exploring home care options.
