About The Position

Parks Hospitality Group is growing and seeking an energetic and driven Sales Manager to support our growing portfolio in the Triangle market. This position will primarily focus on driving revenue and building market share for our newly opened Hampton Inn Raleigh Cary Alston Town Center, while also supporting business development efforts for our Tru by Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport property. We're looking for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and uncovering new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business travel sales, along with experience generating and managing group business.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hotel sales or a related role, with a focus on business travel accounts.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for success.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple hotels.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Triangle market is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan focused on growing business travel and local corporate accounts.
  • Conduct site tours and client meetings to showcase the property’s offerings and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to prepare forecasts, pricing strategies, and marketing plans.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity, trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
