About The Position
Furniture Sales Manager Peru, IL Are you a proven furniture sales leader who knows how to motivate a team, drive results, and create an outstanding customer experience? We're seeking an experienced Furniture Sales Manager to lead a team of 5+ sales professionals and help grow our business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of furniture sales management experience
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more associates
- Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales performance and achieve store goals
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable
