Sales Manager required for a growing chemicals business quietly building a strong position in the North American market. They sit somewhere between distribution and trading, supplying industrial and speciality chemicals through both stocked product and direct producer relationships. It's a model that gives their sales team real flexibility in how they win and structure deals. With a new office now established in Texas, they're looking to bring in a Sales Executive to help drive growth and build out new customer relationships. This is a hands-on role. You'll be expected to go out and win business, build your own pipeline, and manage accounts commercially not just maintain them. You'll work across the full deal cycle, from identifying opportunities through to pricing, sourcing and delivery, with direct exposure to both customers and suppliers. The environment is fast-moving and commercially driven. Decisions aren't buried in layers, and you'll have the autonomy to operate properly in the market. If you've worked in chemical distribution or trading before, you'll recognise the model straight away. They're looking for someone who has already sold industrial or speciality chemicals and knows how to open doors. Someone who understands that margin matters as much as volume and is comfortable taking ownership of deals rather than passing them through a process.
