We are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Oslo with flexible working conditions available. This role involves leading strategic sales initiatives within the debt purchase and collections space, focusing on large enterprises, financial institutions, and e-commerce companies. The position requires owning the revenue journey from pipeline generation to deal closure, identifying and growing key accounts in Norway and across the Nordics through consultative sales approaches. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to design tailored solutions, and influencing product development by sharing client feedback and identifying emerging trends.
