About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an SDR in a SaaS company.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to optimize daily work.
  • Highly communicative with a love for talking to people.
  • Agile mind and ability to adapt easily to new challenges.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient individual eager to learn and grow in tech sales.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Interest or educational background in weather-related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the early sales cycle within defined industry and regional territory, including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Qualify leads through cold calling and nurturing inbound leads.
  • Determine if a prospect’s needs and budget align with Meteomatics’s products to ensure they are a good fit for the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Create a prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities in collaboration with Sales counterparts.
  • Utilize platforms like Hubspot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo to enhance data intelligence and engage with high-value prospects.
  • Accurately record and update data in the CRM system.
  • Build trusting relationships with potential customers.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and events.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Bring energy and innovation to the SDR team culture.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and competencies.
