Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales team in the South Carolina Market. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Requirements
- One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required
- 3+ years in sales
- 1+ year in sales management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
- Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
- Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 4+ personal leads weekly
- Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
