Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales team in the South Carolina Market. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders within the company. Requirements
- One-call close experience in Exterior/Interior Remodeling is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Weekend work is required.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales representatives, including running training classes and workshops.
- Lead weekly meetings, track sales team performance, and drive quota achievement.
- Perform ride-alongs with sales reps (4-5 per week) and manage 4+ personal leads weekly.
- Review and adjust schedules, and complete cancel-save appointments.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to the sales team.
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals.
