The Sales Manager leads a local team in developing and maintaining strong client, and community relationships, with a core focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients while achieving the office sales targets for the Ballarat / Western Victorian market. You will be responsible for ensuring the Ballarat site operates in an effective, professional, and commercially successful manner, while fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on service, results, and long-term client partnerships. A key part of this role is building trusted relationships with both existing and new clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering highly effective and efficient advertising solutions that drive strong outcomes and long-term value. You will possess sound media knowledge gained from either a media, agency, or Business to Business environment, ideally supported by an established network of industry contacts.
