About The Position

I’m working on a Sales Manager opening with a growing Managed Services / Cloud / Cybersecurity Provider that is expanding it's IT Footprint in South Texas . This is a newly created role due to Growth & they need someone who will be H ighly Hands-On with Field Sales Team across Austin & San Antonio, TX . The Opportunity This is not a Sit-Back Management Role. We Want a Leader Who Will: Be in the Field w/ Reps (Austin & San Antonio, TX). Drive Activity, Pipeline & New Business. Coach in Real-Time and H elp Close Deals! Lead from the F ront & S et the Tone for a High-Performance Culture! You’ll be Stepping into a Territory that has a Strong Upside, Especially in San Antonio where Coverage has been Light. Team Structure 5 direct reports 2 in Austin 2 in San Antonio 1 open headcount (San Antonio) Territory is run as O ne Combined (Austin + San Antonio) Market! What They’re Looking For: 5+ years of O utside Sales Management Experience. Proven success managing F ield Sales Teams. Background in IT Services / Managed Services / Cybersecurity preferred! Strong skills in A ctivity Management, Pipeline Building & Coaching. Someone who R olls Up Their Sleeves & Gets "in the weeds" w/ their Reps! Compensation: Base : $130K – $150K OTE : $200K – $225K+ (No Cap) + Great Benefits + Upward Mobility + Fun Culture + Full Expenses Why This Role is Interesting: Territory has U ntapped Growth , especially in San Antonio . No dedicated San Antonio coverage for much of last year. Ability to B uild, Shape & Elevate the Team! Our Client is Established, Growing & Well-Positioned in the MSP space!

Requirements

  • 5+ years of O utside Sales Management Experience.
  • Proven success managing F ield Sales Teams.
  • Strong skills in A ctivity Management, Pipeline Building & Coaching.
  • Someone who R olls Up Their Sleeves & Gets "in the weeds" w/ their Reps!
