Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Technology and Management or a related field and 2 years of related work experience.
  • 2 years of experience with CRM Solutions
  • 2 years of experience with capital equipment sales
  • 2 years of experience with technical support
  • 2 years of experience promoting, quoting and closing sales of capital equipment.
  • 1 year of experience within the plastics recycling market
  • 1 year of experience with recycling equipment used in the plastic recycling process that provides a reduction in purge loss (non-contaminating features)
  • 1 year of experience with the polymer extrusion process including profile, compounding, and mechanical recycling.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing and help expand customer database utilizing the MAAG CRM package.
  • Provide customers with detailed technical support for all MAAG products.
  • Conduct product trials and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Customer site survey and equipment audits with detailed analysis of technical parameters.
  • Ability to assist Maag service team during commissioning of equipment and training customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for all sales contracts.
  • Help in organizing conferences / trade show events.
  • Present white papers as well as sales presentations at conferences and trade show events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products within the industry.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on technical aspects of the product line.
