About The Position

GaggleAMP is looking for a Sales Manager who will act as an owner of the sales process. This role is for an experienced individual who has a proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams, developing effective sales systems, and driving revenue growth in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take full ownership of sales targets, pipeline management, and forecasting, while also fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a sales team at a SaaS company with demonstrable results.
  • Experience closing complex deals personally.
  • Ability to build sustainable sales systems.
  • Skill in holding team members accountable effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using AI in daily workflows and ability to articulate its application.
  • Ability to identify patterns in lost deals proactively.
  • Willingness to take full ownership of sales performance.
  • Completion of a brief set of written questions prior to the first call.
  • Completion of the Culture Index survey.

  • Experience as a "bag carrier" looking for a title.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales number and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure pipeline discipline and effective SQL-to-close execution.
  • Develop and maintain a trusted sales forecast.
  • Implement and optimize sales systems, fixing inefficiencies without disrupting what works.
  • Facilitate a strong feedback loop between sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Build a scalable sales foundation that supports future hiring and growth.
