About The Position
SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee their team of Sales Representatives within a specified region. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to exceed goals, driving new business development, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with company leadership. The Sales Manager will also support customer relationships, champion company values, coordinate with other departments for seamless project delivery, and recruit/train new sales representatives. Additionally, they will represent SRM Concrete at industry events and network within the local community.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the local market and customer base, or a strong desire to become an expert in the ready mix concrete industry.
- Commitment to upholding SRM Concrete’s values of service, integrity, and teamwork in every interaction.
- Experience in sales management, business development, or contractor estimating/project management is highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region to support your team and meet with customers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office/field environment, including regional travel and exposure to job sites and operational settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins.
- Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the highest standard of service.
- Champion SRM Concrete’s values in every interaction—modeling integrity, professionalism, and a “We Say Yes” mentality.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success.
- Represent SRM Concrete at industry events, networking opportunities, and within the local community.
