Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop the plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily plant operations, including staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization for efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting, providing insights to enhance plant efficiency and profitability.
