Role Summary: The Sales Manager – PAW (North America) will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the region. This role will focus on both expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the PAW portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that the PAW business continues to deliver exceptional value and service while advancing strategic growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition/Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or similar degree in Business Management.
  • >2 years of B2B technical sales or account management experience in Pet Health / Nutrition, functional ingredients, or related industries.
  • Proven success in account development, contract negotiation, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of microbiome-based ingredients and their application in pet nutrition.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytical tools (Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 20–40%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of PAW accounts across North America, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership development.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with the PAW strategic growth plan.
  • Work closely with Marketing, CD&D, Platform, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and coordinated go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and pipeline progress to ensure achievement of revenue and business goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and strengthen relationships.
