We are looking for a Sales Manager to be the face of our hotel in the community. This role involves building relationships with existing and new clients, creating amazing events and meetings, and ensuring clients receive excellent service from first contact to the signed contract. The ideal candidate is happy, outgoing, loves making new connections, and understands how to create win-win scenarios through well-crafted proposals. This position requires active participation in networking events, staying informed about community and industry news, and proactively engaging prospective clients through calls, appointments, and site visits to create a "WOW" experience. Occasional attendance at evening sales events is also expected.
